Finished week 3 now & I'm on day 2 of week 4 tonight. YAY for being 1/2 way done! I'm excited. When I was doing week 3 I was worried about distance, but now that I am on week 4 I feel like distance won't really be an issure.

Yes, that made sense! Lol. Thank you for the answer. I think I was just freaking out because the weight hasn't fallen off yet and I know its only been a day, but I'm impatient. I didn't eat more and I've been exercising everyday almost, so I was extremely discouraged.

I'm not breast feeding, but I am a mother. Don't give up this time, you can do it! :) You would be surprised of how fast you see results (especially on the scale most times) if you stick with it (and track everything) for two weeks! Good luck to you.

Just finished week 3 tonight. OMG-- every day of week 3 I struggled on the 3 minute runs, but I didn't give up...I just kept plugging away at it & I finished. I'm so nervous for week 4 (5 min runs start)! Wish me luck.

Well now that TOM is nearly over I am excited to weigh in again on Sunday, which just so happens to be MY BIRTHDAY! :) My goal was to get to 222 or 220...I usually set more than one goal, lol. Yeah, but I usually don't have any gain really when I have my TOM, its weird. So the random 3 lb gain when it hasn't even started yet and I wasn't over eating was crazy to me.

OMG I didn't know they have brown rice at Chipotle, I MUST TRY THIS! I'm a huge Chipotle fan, I haven't gone in quite awhile because I switched jobs, but I think its awesome they offer brown rice now. All I can say about what to eat/not eat is DO NOT EAT THE TORTILLA AND DON'T ADD CHEESE. =0)
