Well, I literally making a list of these for my refrigerator/shopping list! I have had such a HARD time losing weight right now. I have never had hummus, I'm so afraid to try things I have never had before! Love the idea of the fat free sour cream and ranch mix, that is probably DELICIOUS and easy to take to work and snack on! YUM YUM. I have tried frozen grapes, maybe the green ones aren't as good?

Well-- let's do it then!! We can do this! The whole thing is a struggle for me, but I think the easiest way to get 100 oz of water is to use a 20 oz cup or bottle 5 times a day. My exercise for today is my kettlebell work out with my new, heavier kettlebell & walk/jog 1.5 miles!

I have been trying to get a "schedule" going && I really want to work out in the morning...because I can get it done & when i do work out in the morning I feel like the rest of the day I'm really productive!!! :) Hmm.... I think this is a change I need to make!

Thank you everyone for the serious advice...and for the funny advice. I think just knowing that someone cares enough makes me feel better to begin with and your words mean so much. I kno I can do this, its just taking me longer than I had planned...a LOT longer.

We can DO THIS! :) I hope LOL!!! I think it just takes a lot of work. I dislike celebrities! LOL I see other women who have had kids and they look great and I just don't understand why I have to be so different. BLAH, but that is okay. Less carbs and more cardio it is! OH AND WAY MORE WATER!!!

Congrats on the beautiful baby!! I joined right after I had my first baby! Don't get discouraged, just try to get in some walking and make sure you are eating healthy and eating enough if you are breast feeding.

They are DELICIOUS! I am so glad that my boyfriend discovered them. I made a wrap out of them. I don't know if I could use them for pizza...I think I'd want it to be thicker.
