I agree, when someone says something about dieting to me I tell them that I'm not on a diet that I've changed my eating habits to be healthier and in the process I'm losing weight.

Freyea answer is quite on the mark. She needs to first of all eat more but healthy foods, she's not getting enough calories for her weight. I drink slim fast but I make a fruit smoothie, usually a banana & apple and then add the slim fast to it, it is less then 200 calories. Use ice and water no milk. tastes good plus it's filling.
