After weeks of the scale not budging, I lost 2 more lbs today and have finally hit the 10 lb loss mark. YAY!!!!

why am i thinking that 1200 cals for someone of your height & weight is not enough. also, if you're very active and exercise a lot, you need way more than that. just a thought...

homemade meatballs with whole wheat pasta & homemade tomato sauce. the whole shebang is 603 calories... 19 grams of fat... which is ok cuz i'm usually way low on fat... still within my fat goal for the day... now for tomorrow... let me tell ya about my lean pork tenderloin with a raspberry, chipotle, wine reduction....

let me make you feel better: 3 words: peanut buster parfait. and if that weren't bad enough i had a "wineburger" on friday. (don't ask, it was fabulous). at least i walked 3 hours straight on saturday. but after eating all that, i didn't even have the common decency to throw up. sheesh!

if you're forced to hit mcdonald's... get the classic grilled chicken sandwich or the asian salad. they're not bad at all. i gained 7 lbs when i moved from arizona to colorado... had to live in a hotel for 3 weeks till the new house was ready, so we ate out a lot. oh if i had it to do over again, i'd have eaten a lot more…

you can get phyllo in the freezer section in most grocery stores.

i was proud of myself. i gave the kids sunchips for a snack a few minutes ago and was very happy that i didn't have any after they were all gone. i just got done licking the inside of the bag.....

Nothing.... I lost a big fat nothing. Sheesh! 184 last week, 184 this week. I'm not discouraged though; My jeans are so much looser than last week. yeeha!

going to a doctor gets my vote. a lot of my neighbors have been down for the count for anywhere from 3 to 6 weeks with awful, hacking coughs. they go to a doctor and after a few days of meds, they start to feel better. besides, you don't want to give it to your 9 month old munchkin. cut yourself a break, nothing ever goes…

Depending on where the pain is, exercise the other part. If your back or legs or butt hurt, do arms. You're human, you're SUPPOSED to make mistakes. I always say, if I don't make a mistake, I'm not trying hard enough! This isn't a quick fix, it's a lifestyle change. Just keep your chin up and keep going.

stay at home mom. used to be a global credit manager, lots of travel, lots of money, lots of hours and lots of pressure. i loved it. then i had kids. funny how that job doesn't define me anymore. now i'm an executive family chef, transportation coordinator and chief diaper manager! this is sooo much better!
