I'm not sure how many inches I've lost (I'm on day 14 as well) but I've lost about 3 lbs so far, but I think that's because of my calorie cut (eating between 1200-1400 a day) and doing a ton of cardio. I can definitely see a difference in my arms though. I just want my hips to narrow out!

I did take some ibuprofen today, which normally works but for some reason my cramps were just brutal. Good advice on the tampons, I'll do that tomorrow.

Aside from intentional exercise, I have an extremely sedentary desk job. That's why I've kept my calories so low. And the day was okay until I started snacking like crazy and ended up eating way too many carbs. It's just somewhat frustrating.

I wear one now at 140....size 8. But I think I'll feel better in it when I've dropped 10 or 15 more pounds.

I'm 5' 3" and started at like 150. My goal is 125-130 ish. I know that I'm a size 5 at 130 and and I'm fairly muscular so I don't think i'd go lower than 125 unless I get there and still feel fat.

Can I join? Today is my Day 4 - planning to be done July 4. Feeling good so far, level 1 seems way easy. Only place I've had soreness is my right shoulder blade/back.
