I'm here for about 25 pounds although thinking if I target 10 pounds by the end of the year I would feel great about my progress. Going on vacation Sunday - Friday so will do a before and after weigh-in. While I won't be counting my calories being with a group will help me with accountability. Speaking of accountability.…

I weigh myself everyday for two reasons. It's nice to see the down and some accountability with the up. I agree with using one of the week for comparison (Monday works for me) but I find knowing that there is a weigh-in tomorrow helps me pause before I eat something not planned or skip a gym visit. Fresh salsa (2 Tbs) and Flavored Humus (black bean or roasted red pepper 2 Tbs). Delicious with a raw veggie. Or palin with a juicy tomato or red pepper. With fruit I like to add 2 Tsp of ground flax seed. It may help if you hate the texture.
