I use to be super fit and now have lost discipline and motivation. I've joined some groups and it hasn't worked for me. I'm looking for some one on one. I'm single, over 50, need to lose 25(ish) pounds, work at a desk job and am looking for an email buddy who can help me. Preferably we can help each other. I live in PA but with MFP location is not important.

I've tried this before and with a couple of people I know but they have dropped out for the usually work, injury, or they really weren't motivated. My thoughts are a goal of 10 pounds then 5 at a time. I'm hoping for daily accountability. Not necessarily just on the scale but eating and exercises patterns.

Any takers? If so friend me. I know there has to be people just like me out there.

Also over 50, been on WW for years. Need to lose 30 lbs but just keep gaining and losing the same 8 -10 lbs. I track for awhile then go back to old habits. I'm a "closet" eater. WW kept me in check because the meetings held me accountable. Stopped going to WW meetings (they closed the meeting near my house) and I already gained 3 lbs in a month. Thought I needed a change but I still need that accountability. I live in NE OH. Married to a thin husband who just doesn't get my frustration!
