in my opinion it doesn't really work because you lose water weight and in some cases (like after 3 days or more) you start the ketogenic phase, which is the whole purpose of the diet...

More protein (meat-fish-egg) and more foods which are high in fiber -- (organic) oat bran and wheat bran do contain carbs but have a lot of fiber but are low in sugars, which will make you feel full.

Hahaha me too! So far so good! :bigsmile: That's a great advice. As I read it once, if you're not willing to give 10$ for the book, you're not willing to make any effort to lose weight! Plus, it has great advice and explanations about the diet, which will mak you feel less frustrated with the food restrictions!

The surgery makes wounds and inflammation which challenges both breast cells and immunity. The OP should consider that question with a specialized doctor if she wants to have implants!

I love the phase 2!! love the veggies, actually. Don't forget there are 2 other phases after that! people often tend to forget about them but they are crucial if you don't want to gain your weight back ^^

In terms of strength, after a few days. In terms of inches and weight I can't really tell, my diet is biasing the results! :blushing: But by the end of the 30 days you do get results!! And 30 days is nothing in comparison to the time you've probably spent not feeling well and not moving :wink:
