ive look back at it from time to time and sometimes im less than it said and others more...its nice to look at it and hope i get to that weight but it doesnt bother me either way....i know i will get there eventually and its a marathon not a sprint...so its just fun!:happy:

i dont know either....would be interesting to read more comments....im like you i stay away from sodium as much as possible and buy low sodium foods.....im getting to the point of not tracking it anymore myself....that way i wont drive myself crazy over it. we all feel this way....cant come soon enough...but as you said we didn't gain it overnight its not gonna go off that fast either....one day at a time and we will succeed.....best of luck....we will do this!

i can relate to this post cause this week i wore a few shirts that actually fit and more people said something about my weight loss where before no one said anything...its an awesome feeling!

i drink 3 cups in the morning with non dairy creamer...its the one thing i wont give up and i log my calories. its worth it to me.

if the way it looks on the plate bothers you use a smaller plate....the visual affect may help but i totally agree with all the other posts..you arent hurting your self eating salad and peas....its the high fat no good foods that you need to avoid...you are doing great....keep up the good work. :flowerforyou:

well for pasta ive found that 2 oz dry is 1 cup cooked...and thats how I measure mine out. hope that helps!
