  • I had the fasting blood glucose done..then went a month later and had another one done at the office. The A1C was high...and my glucose was high for a second time. That is why he gave me the diagnosis of Diabetes. I was put on medication and told to exercise including strength training.
  • thank you for all the advice. What got me was my Doc didn't want me to test....and I want to. For the very reasons you all stated. I need to know how food affects my glucose levels. Should I get a second opinion?

  • You can go into the settings and adjust it there. It will sometimes ask you when you have lost 10 lbs but its good every once in a while to go there and do it yourself. Hope this helps.

  • When I started I didn't tell anyone where I work or close friends...the only ones that knew were the girl that works with me in my office and my family....I just waited till they started to notice the lbs melting away.....and it took a while. I think i was over 30 lbs gone before anyone noticed..then pretty quickly…
  • I love mine but I have to be sure its very wet...I usually take a paper towel and wet it and make sure its under my bra...then i check to make sure its reading my pulse before I start...ive had a few times when it didnt connect well and didnt give me a reading...but usually does fine when i wet the pads....best of luck!

  • I agree with the others take your lunch. You can buy ice packs and that will keep cold things cold. I take a frozen meal and yogurt, string cheese for snacks or laughing cow cheese and crackers. Fruits are always a good bet, bananas, apples oranges. But if you have to eat out subway is the best bet. I also get the grilled…

  • I dont do a class but i use my kettle bell at home...and i agree with previous posts...you will have to wear a hrm and put it in the database yourself....great workout I love mine!!
