Who Uses Kettlebells? Alone Or With DVDs?

I enjoy a kettlebell workout from time to time. I'm wondering who else uses kettlebells and if you use them with a DVD? If so, I'd appreciate some recommendations. I own the "Kettlenetics" DVD set and just got Kathy Smith;s set. Thus far, I'm partial to Kettlenetics. What about you?

    i use the dvd that came with my kettlebell...not sure who is is by..but I love the workout.

    Go to www.irontamer.com and you can get a free program emailed to you called 101 kettlebell workouts. It's not a DVD, it's printed, but it's great. I was unsure how to do some of the moves, but I just went to you tube and watched and learned.

    I sort of learned KBs from Jillian michaels shred it with weights. I still do it here and there. Today I swung the KBs and other kb exercises between my strength training exercises at the gym. I like doing the kbs to my own music, but maybe I will try another dvd. The ones you mentioned sound like good recommendations

    Jillian Michaels has a terrific kettlebell workout-Shred it w/weights... I love this workout.. I can feel it within a few hours that I workout with the kettlebell...
  • Hi, I'm new....and I love kettlebells! I've been working out with kettlebells for about a year now....I also have kettlenetics and jillian michaels: shred it with weights which are both really good, but my all time favorite so far is Kettlebell Bootcamp with Angie Miller...Love it! I bought it on amazon.com...

    I also have Gin Millers Calorie Burner kettlebell workout which is good too.

  • curious to see what everyone says. I bought a kettleworx set yesterday with the ball and 6 dvd set. I started today and feel the burn!! I did the 10 minute fun, fast, burn and boy I felt the burn. i did all 3 - 10 minute workouts. Granted, I'm far from being in shape yet, but I felt the burn and loved it. don't know the guy that does it, but so far I like it and definitly feel like I got a great all around work out.

    I do jillians shred it as well as kettleworx. Both are great workouts

    I use Kettlenetics with a four pound bell and on other days I use a nine pound bell alone. My heart rate really gets pumping with both, It is an excellent workout!
