start logging every piece of food you put in your mouth....and i mean everything. Weigh out portions and try to cut the fat you consume. Drink lots of water and if you haven't been exercising any just start walking...that is one exercise everyone can do and it cost nothing.....you can do this...good luck in your weight…

i always weigh my meat after cooking...same for vegetables...and oatmeal and grits and such i used premeasured packets.

hey there from all ive read on here you need to eat at least 1200 calories a day...or your body goes into starvation mode,,hope this helps,

you may lose weight but it will be slower..you really need to see that this is a lifestyle change. If you must eat out then go online and look at the nutrition for the restaurant and choose lower calorie foods...french fries are a no no and any fried food is generally off limits. I eat more vegetables...and fresh…

yes they do, I know its very encouraging to put the numbers in here and see that you have lost...as they said only you can see the scale but everyone can see the clothes getting looser. congrats on your weight loss..:happy: :drinker:

hey i have the same problem.i just make sure that i have on longer shorts in the summer and wear pants when walking or biking...thats what helps me..hope this helps..its a terrible problem...and that is one thing im looking forward to my thighs not rubbing....always wear my pants out there when everywhere else they are…

Take your measurements....you may be losing inches without weight. I know ive lost inches but the scale hasnt really moved much in the last few weeks. It takes time for your body to adjust.....hang in there....the weight will start dropping soon...its a life style change not a diet so it is something you will be doing for…

My official weigh in day is Monday morning first thing when I get up...but I do find myself getting on the scale during the week as well. Now I didnt weigh this morning and not sure if I will again till Monday but once a day is plenty if you do it more...cause like someone said...your weight can go up as much as 5 lbs just…

Try Goodwill or yard sales...I went the other day and got a shirt for a dollar and several things from Goodwill for 3.50....i have a lot of weight to lose and I cant afford to bye new things either,,,whenever I am between sizes I will just check out the goodwill store...and hopefully find things to wear to work.
