I have a Polar RS300x A litte more spendy but has cool features that I love. Have you tried taking yours to a jewelry or watch place to see if they can fix the strap to fit you better?

Yeah I hate when that happens... My calves and legs are pure muscle but as I lose weight they get smaller too. Frustrating.

You look amazing, hard to imagine you have problem areas :) I understand though... I think that I'll probably always pinch my sides in dismay even when I get down to an ultra low BF% We are always our own biggest critics.

Definitely my spare tire, love handles, back fat action... not only do I stare at it but I constantly grab it to try and see if it's getting any smaller... I also constantly pull my shirt away from it if I feel like it's showing when I sit down.

I was trying to hold out until I reached my goal, but these last 10 lbs are going to take a while and the stuff I have is huge, makes me look like a little kid in his dad's clothes now. Yep, I've lost from everywhere...even on my calves which I thought were pretty lean to begin with. It's just a part of the process. I figure I am in no danger of becoming a twig, I can always pack muscle and inches back on where I want it once my BF% is down low enough.

I wear regular gym shorts with regular underwear when running. I own a pair of the high cut with built in panties shorts made for running but can't bring myself to wear them in public.

Monday 2/14 - 159.5 Down 1 lb... doesn't look like this is going to be my month. It seems I've taken up residence on this plateau.
