I figured out my TDEE with exercise and took off about 20% from that. Eating 1200 calories and eating part of my calories back from exercise didn't seem to be working for me. MFP expects you to eat those calories back. So a lot of people here eat all or most of them back.

I have a Kenmore Induction cooktop and wouldn't trade it in for anything. I have cooked on gas at friends and my induction cooktop is faster and has more control. I use 2 tablespoons of chia gel, one heaping tablespoon of Benefibre (Canadian version), one cup almond milk, one cup of frozen fruit such as blueberries and raspberries (my favorites) and a couple of scoops of protein powder (Visalus). It is about 280 calories.

Sometimes, especially when I see bulges that I don't like. However, the strange thing was that previously I never considered myself fat even at 190 lbs. I always saw a thin person in the mirror. It was the scale that shocked me into action because I never looked heavy in my clothes.

Personally, I don't think they should. There should be a little padding over the ribs unless you are into body building which is a whole other kettle of fish.

If you are looking for the pills and you have access to a Sam's Club, they sell the LactAid Fast Acting capsules for a very reasonable price. You also need to only take one as opposed to up to 4 of the regular strength kind.
