I wear Van Heusen jeans. They have a tiny bit of stretch and no gaping at the waist. Pull on pants (not the granny style with the elastic waist =P ) are also great for me. When I find a pair of jeans that fits, I buy several pairs. Lots of fun trying to find clothes that fit these days because all the clothes are for…

Off the top of my head.... Use it in cupcakes, muffins and other baking where chocolate might be appropriate. Sautéing fruit in it and serving with ice cream might be another idea. Use it instead of melted butter in desserts.

Thank you for the list!

Good for you! You look awesome!

I bought it. I just wanted some feedback on it before I opened the jar.

Agree!

^ I love this! LOL

I think you are off on your calorie count. A day that includes "5 servings of dinner" unless it was mostly vegetables is nowhere near 2600 calories. A small dinner is around 500 calories so 5x500 is 2500. And that doesn't include breakfast, lunch or that bag of chips. You might want to actually measure the food in cups or…

You sound like me 3 years ago. The issue was a huge fibroid growing in my uterus. I ended up having a hysterectomy because the thing was growing out of control. My uterus with the gigantic fibroid and another smaller one was the size of a bowling balls so you can imagine how squished my bladder was. Have you checked with…

This ^. If you brew it with water that it too hot or you brew it too long, it will be bitter. Also look into the flavoured green teas, some of them are awesome, some of them not so much. Some of the tea places such as Teavana or David's Tea will make up samples so you an figure out what you like. The toasted walnut from…

I am no expert but I think that your free day probably counteracts the rest of the week. Try cutting those out.

Join the club, I have gone up 3 pounds. I am going to just keep slugging at it.

What do you do when it tells you that your wrist measurement is for a medium body frame but your elbow is for a broad body frame? I have always had skinny hands, arms and feet. The rest of me is pretty curvy (hour glass) so I don't really mind but I will never be a willowy type.

Glad to hear you are okay and that they got some polyps.

Assuming you aren't a troll, I am going to give you my take on it. I love food, I don't love exercise and I feel great whether I am 50 pounds heavier or lighter. My energy level is high no matter how heavy I am so that doesn't make a difference. What does drive me is how I look in the mirror and I do it please me, not…

Eat before taking your medication and make sure you eat high calorie, nutrient rich food like peanut butter, avocados, full fat yogurt and milk, whole grains and so on. I hope this helps.

I am sure you can do it. My friend and I normally walk anywhere from 8 to 12 km most days of the week. Last fall, we didn't run our half marathon, but walked it, and did a 15 minute mile the whole way which is slower than what you plan to do running. Good luck!

Keep it up! You have come such a long way and you have to remember that you are worth it!

Eh?

I drink flavoured green tea. I get my green tea as per doctor's orders and I up my fluid intake. Maybe trying fruit infusion as well might help you up the quantify of water.

"Stupid snow!" <-- My brother's favourite saying this winter and I am about to start saying it too!

Can you walk? I have walked off almost 50 pounds. It is low impact and you can take your daughter in a stroller or carriage, or she can follow you on a bike.

Best: "I didn't recognize you! You look awesome!" after the person did a double take walking past me in a mall. Worst: My mother telling me "Well you haven't lost the belly!" after I told her that I had lost 20 pounds. The joke ended up being on her since the rounded belly was due to fibroids. Rounded belly is now gone and…

I did mine without sedation or pain relief. I can't stand being sedated and not in control. (Yes, I am a control freak). Sedation also makes me very nauseous and I am out of it for the rest of the day. Like people have previously said, stick close to a bathroom when doing the prep. Have bathroom wipes and Preparation H…

I haven't had a heart attack but this Dr. has. He takes Lysine and large doses of Vitamin C to repair his arteries. Look up Medi-C Plus. I take it twice daily for my heart health. And no, I am not affiliated with him or this product in any way.

You will get a lot of controversy on here about this product. I use it to create smoothies to get my fruit allowance in. It does taste good but I am not sure it is the best protein powder on the market. When I am done the packet that I have, I plan to replace it with Greek yogurt so that I am limiting processed foods.

I use RunKeeper. I am happy with it. Would be nice if it synched to MFP though.

Wondering and worrying is going to make you sick. I would rather know (by asking him point blank, not spying) and deal with the results. If he is cheating on you, you need to ask, are you better off with him or without him. Depending on that answer, you may choose counseling or kick him to the curb. You are a special…

I gained 12 pounds in two weeks even though I was very active. I am a foodie and was not about to deprive myself although I was trying to make fairly wise choices. I don't regret a single bite. I just had to get back on track when I came home and have lost it again and a bit more. Don't sweat it. Enjoy your cruise.

Not being from the UK, I can't suggest restaurants. What I do when I eat out, is try to make wise choices and stay away from lots of butter and creamy sauces. Deep fried foods are basically out of the question. That being said, if I go for something like that, I eat a lot less and take the rest home for lunch the next day.…
