I know that there are lactose free yogurts. I have not tried them since I have not gotten to the point where i am lactose intolerant (my mom hit it a few years ago so I have it to look forward to). I eat a lot of yogurt. I have a friend with IBS and he also has issues with eggs, which is sad because he loves them.

Frozen. Veggies rot in my fridge because i don't always get to eat the meals I plan when I plan to eat them! Also, frozen veg are more work friendly =)

alcohol. I just want to sit down and enjoy a beer or a glass of wine, but I also try and prelog everything so that I know what I am getting into for the day. For example today I have logged everything except dinner, and i have approximately 400 calories for dinner but I need to get some more protein in. As far as eating…

I have lost 3/4 of an inch in 2 months off my hips and 2 inches from my waist. It's a crap shoot. Sorry sweetie!
-
Well for some perspective, since I started consistently measuring at the beginning of February, I have lost* 1inch from my bust (and that has been a roller coaster of lose some gain some lose some), * 2 inches from my waist (which I hadn't realized until I looked for this post) * and only 0.75 inches from my hips. So that…

I think the idea is like leaving cookies out for Santa. Santa has to eat the cookies. EB has to eat the eggs.

These are 2 of my favorite veggies! Cheese-its and marshmallows. These are my trigger foods. I will eat the entire container. Someday I hope to get them back in, but for now...sigh...

I stand by what the above. You could also peel them and put them in a Tupperware in the fridge. Spinach and egg salad, you could make deviled eggs and bring them to work, or just eat them over the next few days. I love hard boiled eggs. Low in calories packed in protein. If you did the blow out thing, you could get a…

This is from a website called scoobysworkshop.com. The site is about fitness, nutrition, and bodybuilding. The guy who runs it did an experiment and weighed himself multiple times throughout the day. It is normal to see weight fluctuate. While I think this may be a troll post, I'm going to leave this up because it's…

do you mean chocolate or hard boiled? If hard boiled you could try getting one of those kits that blows the egg out of the shell and make a quiche. If chocolate, well, you could put fewer out. You could also make egg shaped cookies and have fun decorating them and then instead of eating them all at once, freeze them and…

My mom and I were very poor when i was growing up. We would do pasta and a can of Bush's baked beans. I am now very nostalgic for that meal...

Women are expected to have a little padding in most eyes of society. So since they are not used to seeing that, they probably can't differentiate between an athletic 18% and barely enough 13%. A lot of people are saying "it's none of their business" or people shouldn't say anything about anybody else's weight" but if…

My grandparents had 2 Cockers, Rusty and Oscar. He's doing fine now. Just got off the phone with the vet. The noises are normal for after anesthesia so I just have to keep an eye on him. Ordeal over.

So an update: Sammy did not end up going into surgery until 7:40 last night and I picked him up at 10. The vet had a couple of emergency surgeries and was down a tech, so dental surgery got pushed back. So since he got out so late, I had to stay up with him until 11:30 to make sure he didn't fall and hurt himself until the…

If I am able to have a really good breakfast I can make it to dinner with a few snacks like yogurt or a hard boiled egg. I have also been known to eat an entire bag of microwave steamer veggies =)

I found some good ones at Trader Joe's that had minimal preservatives.

marshmallows. i could eat the whole bag once opened....

or extreme cheapskates...hurl! I love that man! On topic however, I am too lazy to go get the ingredients or set the time aside to make the things. I like my go to recipes that I can do in my sleep, because again, LAZY!

Congratulations on the wedding =) I haven't gotten to the maintenance phase yet, but I would assume that if you continue to be very careful about counting your calories at your maintenance level and keep working out you will be able to maintain. Also, you have to accept the fluctuation that will inevitably happen.

Yeah I know he will be happier. He has problems eating right now because of the pain in his mouth. Right now he is spoiled and gets fed 6 times a day. I feel bad though, he will have no canines after this.

Kitten is like a clingy girlfriend and Sammy tolerates her well. We rescued him from a group of kids when he was about four months old from a group of kids who had hurt his paw and had taken him out to a field for wild animals to eat. My mom forced them to retrieve him and give him to her. We bonded.

Unfortunately at work. I do get up and walk a lot though. I am trying. This vet has been good so far. The last vet I had when I took him in for an abscess tooth the vet told me he would be dead in a year, with about that much bedside manner. This was about 5 years ago. So I have some trust issues.

Thanks. And now I got the picture to work =)

There are 2, maybe?, smith machines but they are in a crowded part of the gym so I don't like being over there.

I really like my Polar FT7.

IMO, negatives hurt like hell. I am also a lot shorter than the available bars at my gym. I bought a bar to hang on my door frame at home but I haven't put it together yet.
-
My gym embarrassment comes and goes. The fewer people there, the better I feel. I enjoy Zumba but I am a nightmare to be next to. I get claustrophobic when there are too many people in the gym and will sometimes cut my work outs short just so I can leave. I tried working out with my BF once at the gym and he commented on…

Happy Birthday! You going to Marrakesh in Philly? THAT PLACE IS AWESOME!!!!! So tasty. If this is where you are going and you haven't been before, it is extremely small and cozy, so you may want to do presents at another place =) To curb my appetite, I eat more veg or I drink a lot of tea.

I tried weight watchers several years. They give you a fair amount less calories (I calculated out my points into calories). Personally I found the point system more confusing than straight up counting calories and then I found MFP. And it was FREE! I didn't lose any weight on WW and I think it was because I ate a lot of…

Generally, no. Birthday is 6 days before Christmas, and I normally have a final so I am mostly getting ready for the holidays or sleeping or having a panic attack. OR ALL 3!!!!
