I found a sheath dress online (at one of my regular stores) that I’ve been lusting after. It’s gorgeous. I just ordered it in a size 10. My mini goal is for it to fit WELL when it arrives. I’ve been in between sizes and I would like to be solidly in a size 10.

I meal prep my work meals either for my entire work week or 2 days at a time. I work out when I get off work in the morning. That’s it. I keep it simple.

I find that I have to be very careful about drinking coconut water in North America. Some brands taste great Eg. O.N.E. and Buddah. And others taste absolutely HORRIFIC. I think that Vita Water was one of the brands I hated. But NONE of them taste as good as drinking coconut water directly from a green coconut straight off…

I love those zero calorie water flavorings that come in tiny squeezie bottles. It really helps with variety. Fruit punch, iced tea, kool aid, and all zero cal. Love it!

Hahahahaha. I’ve always liked Coke more than Pepsi, but Diet Pepsi more than Diet Coke. I think I like Coke Zero because to me it tastes the closest to regular Coke. There is a flavor note in Diet Coke that just hits my tastebuds the wrong way and tastes “off” to me. I mean, I’ll drink Diet Coke if there’s no Zero around,…

Diet Coke is the devil! Don’t put that swill in your body. It turns straight to fat. COKE ZERO FOR LIFE! *smoke bomb* Note: If you don’t get the joke just keep on scrolling, people, hahaha. I’m just not a big fan of the taste of Diet Coke. I drink Coke Zero almost every day. It really helps satisfy that sugary drink…

Well I suppose you could use chocolate Easter bunnies or something. Just be sure to weigh it before you eat it!

Whaaaaaaat is even happening here!? I need these so badly. I love my under armor gear. Cropped Fly Bys are my jam. Hard wearing, cell pocket, make my bottom half look amazing, squat proof, etc etc.

I love glute bridges! I’ve tried to do hip thrusts at the gym, but the bench just keeps sliding back and it’s all just a mess. I just can’t get my angle right with my shoulders. Boooo! I also love dreadlifts! I do straight legs and Romanians. I used to squat but my right knee started going all funny so I stick with the leg…

Get a scale! The scale will be your new god. Make sacrifices to the scale in tribute.

As someone that has ACTUALLY struggled with an eating disorder I’m going to say that there is a big difference between “disordered eating” and “conscientious eating”. It takes more that just tracking calories and keeping a food diary for someone to flag your habits as disordered. There is also a MENTALITY about food that…

Cardio. Your mileage may vary but for me cardio really helped curb my stress eating. I’ve always been a crazy emotional eater. Straight up binging when when my emotional eating kicks in. I started doing extra workouts when I got stressed. I crank the music and dance like crazy for an hour. It burns a few hundred calories,…

Pffffft. Totally had two Oh Henry bars last night...

Do I want to bother with the cardio it will take to burn this off?

Yup. Duck yolks make up a much larger percentage of the egg than chicken yolks do. This makes them more filling than chicken eggs as well, not just because duck eggs are larger, but because the higher yolk percentage packs in tons more nutrients. Higher amounts of protein and vitamins etc. The calories per egg are higher,…

You will most likely have to buy them fresh off of a farm. We just happen to have a small neighborhood veggie store that specializes in produce from the local farms and they stock local duck eggs. But I also buy them straight off a farm. Your best bet is to search craigslist or kijiji for local farmers that sell duck eggs.

I eat egg whites when I need to balance high volume with low calories. So if I’m doing a breakfast wrap I want it super hefty, so tons of egg whites. It was really great on the first half of my journey when I was still more of a volume eater. But honestly, I don’t even eat chicken eggs anymore. Not even free range chicken…

I had to order some new work pants and they are a size medium! They fit perfectly when they arrived today and I tried them on. So exciting!

I get so annoyed when the blogs come up on my feed because the titles may as well read, “WOO! Get yo Woo here!”

In for the martinis and boas! Oh, I suppose I should add a petty reason though. Hmmmm... You know that thrill you get when a guy almost breaks his neck trying to check you out? I play it cool but I’m really laughing maniacally inside. I love that feeling.

In it for the uterus!!! No pics from me as I’m not normal BMI yet, but I want to show my support for this thread.

Soooo the laws of physics as they pertain to energy transfer simply don’t apply to you? I think that your calculations may have been a little off.

I’m 5’7 and my goal is 150lb. I’ve been there before, so it doesn’t feel too low for me. 135 feels crazy low to me, but I know lots of women around our height that it works for. Frame, body fat %, etc etc are all factors in how you will carry your weight. Just assess yourself as the weight comes off and be flexible I’m…

Every time people talk about resets it makes me think of the Torchwood episode where “reset” was really just turning you into an incubator for giant alien bugs. And diet fat burning pills makes me think of the Doctor Who “Adipose” episode. “The fat just walks away!”

Yup, this is like me. Staying the same overall shape just slowly shrinking so it can be hard to tell because nothing looks drastically different.

I love my FitBit and the auto syncing. Totally worth it to me.

I love Peaky Blinders too, but I feel like suggesting a person swap that for Insatiable is a bit off. They are COMPLETELY different. Not swapable just because they both have violence. Otherwise you could suggest basically any show on tv. I think that a better bet would be to suggest something like The Santa Clarida Diet…

I made a skillet pizza in one of my new cast iron pans. (I LOVE my pans!) Handmade dough Pepperoni Bacon Black olives Pineapple Banana peppers Mozzarella Soooooo yummy

Ditto this!

I always feel like I hold a lot of it in my stomach and that my tummy is the last to go. But when I look at my numbers and shape objectively it’s all pretty evenly distributed and all shrinks together at a fairly steady rate. So, big or small there’s always a 10-11” difference between my hips and waist, and my waist and…
