Love porridge - simply can't leave the house without it! Plus yoghurt and piece of fruit and big cup of green tea and large glass of water. On Sundays i like a sort of cookede english breakfast - smoked salmon and eggs on toast, yogurt, fruit and green tea.

Hi I have the same issue - if I take my eye off the ball then I gain weight really quickly. Holiday and Xmas are time for me - the only thing that seems to work and limit the damage is to keep tracking /logging during those periods.

I used to do Lighterlife but too expensive - switched to Exante it's cheaper and much more variety - shakes, bars and meals. Watch out for their offers 3 for 2 etc.,
