i had about 15 to lose!! i do go up or down by 3 pounds or so--but b/c i am sooooo close to my goal- i try not to sweat it! i find now that i am toned i don't "notice" a difference in the mirror or in the way my clothes fit! our wt can fluctuate due to sooooo many different reasons i think as long as its not going up…

we make our own now!! super easy in the slow cooker!! and they taste better too!!

congrats on reaching your goal wt!! i have also reached my goal wt and changed to maintanance--but i also felt like i would gain--so i changed it back to lose 1lb per wk-and now know i can have 200 cals over to stay where i am i weigh only once a wk or so--and adjust accordingly! good luck

congrats on your 99th run!!! check out runners world online--they have great strengthening programs--and i also know there are apps for speed--you sprint for certian parts of your run!! i have the same pace as you!! looking forward to others advice!! have a great day!!

i finished 5k awhile back--i took a break from running and then started back at it--was planning to do 10k--but found i didn't really have the time for training for a 10k at this point--but i do now run 5k-2-3 times a wk!! its easy to fit 30 min in!! i work on my speed--i enjoy running and hope to find a bit more time ask…

i got one a couple wks ago--i also thought it would be too big to be comfy--but its great!!! i have a velco one--with the plastic front i have a 4 phone and it fits perf (with no cover on it) i have to clip my earphone wire to my shirt as it bounces around my face more than it did when i wore it around my waist!! happy…

i have a big cup of tea!!! it takes time to boil the water, steep the tea, cool the tea and then i relax and enjoy it--and it fills me up!! and VERY FEW calories!!! thats my trick!!! hope it helps!!

if you don't have any calories left- i suggest a tea--by the time the kettle boils, tea steeps and cools--your cravings are gone and you still get to enjoy a lovely tea!!! i have one each night after i put the kids to bed--instead of the cookies, and junk i used to devour!!

@arwensb! he is 15 yrs clean of drugs and alcohol. and in the past 10 years has put on 100 lbs! you are for sure correct--there are no alanon programs close to our home! i am seeking therapy to help with this and a few other things going on!!
