pain at the base of my tibia during long runs--help 30k in 3 weeks!!
having a strange pain at the base of my tibia during longer runs. I had it during my 24km run sunday- thought it was just from the distance. yesterdays 5k was pain free- but today during my 8k it was noticeable again. advice? planning to take rest of the week off and go for a 26 on monday. and then taper til the 30.

calories burned in power yoga
the calorie burn for 60 min yoga is only 150 on MFP. i am wondering if anyone has used a fitbit or other device to measure for a real tough power class.

consume calories before or after exercise??
have started adding some longer runs into my weekly exercise schedule--buring 500-600 calories--i tend to eat back most of my exercise calories. whats your thoughts-should i consume my exercise calories (especially on my long run days) before i go on my run to use as energy?? thanks happy trails!!
