Welcome!! You are going to like it here, especially as you build a great group of MFP friends to help support you on your journey. The MFP allocation isn't necessarily best for everyone. It's probably better to get more protein than MFP recommends. I have a 50% carb/25% fat/ 25% protein allocation which was recommended by the wellness coach I used to have. You can modify the MFP allocation to best fit your needs if you don't want to eat so many carbs.

If you select the exercise tab, then under cardiovascular click add exercise, then search for "aerobics". There are a number of options to select from.
