Just forget about it. If it's 90 calories to start with then the fruit juice can't be worth that much. If it's 10 calories for the juice even and you don't log it, over the whole year of doing that every day that's 1lb you lose that you didn't expect.

Most of England says takeaway but the North West (where I'm at Uni) they say takeout. They also say 'pants' instead of 'trousers' here too, unlike the rest of the UK (to my knowledge).

Just think, you can't really gain 5-10lb from 1 binge. 1lb = 3500 calories. So you'd have to eat your BMR + 3500 to gain just one pound. It's water weight. That's how I cheer myself up after a binge :)
