I am nervous each time I go to step on the scale but it's the quickest way to track that I'm still losing. I can't do every day personally, the fluctuations drive me crazy. I used to weigh in on Fridays but then I changed to Sundays so my weekends would stay more under control.

I make four cups of water's worth (one scoop of grounds) in my brewing machine. I love President's Choice coffee in the gold can (Canada). I take it in my travel mug with half and half until light beige and one Splenda. Every day, never tire of it!

Look for workouts on YouTube that you can do at home. I really think you only need to work on toning and building muscle at this point. I don't think you need to lose more weight.

YouTube is great for at home workouts. Look for different things you can do at home. If the weather is good, get out and walk around your neighborhood while the kids are at school. Sounds like you're saying you have some time during the day for this (weekdays anyways until hubby comes home) so I would make the most of it!

I would suggest accurately logging your food. Since you've recently added in a lot of exercise, that's going to affect it. You probably need MORE calories. Try tracking everything really closely for a couple of weeks, and add in your exercise too. You'll need to start eating more, I bet!

I would say, don't force yourself to if you're not hungry. But if you are, then you can eat something without guilt! I love getting those extra calories from exercising, but I try to not eat them all back. I maybe eat half to 3/4 back, if I want. Other days, if I'm not that hungry, then I don't bother!
