Skinny Cow is good but imo it's loaded with sugar to make up for the no fat. I mean, they are delicious but that is the truth of it.. carbs carbs carbs. I've found a few no sugar alternatives such as (beleive it or not) Great Value (yes, wal-mart brand) no sugar, no fat strawberry ice cream, at only 70 cal per serving.…

I'm 153 and I wear a large/xl. Several years ago when I was thinner (about 125) I wore a medium. I think it really depends on how tight you like to wear your clothing and how big a bone frame you have.

Sounds like similar problems to mine.. great exercsie, controling eating... not so much. Hope we can figure it out or at least cheer each other on!
