I've done both, although I didn't complete Turbo Fire and am only in week four of Insanity. With that being said, if you like kickboxing, dancing, and fun music - Turbo Fire is your program. Food is HUGE with this program. I'm supposed to eat 1850 calories, but this past week I didn't eat nearly that much and I found that it was super HARD getting through the routines. Feel free to add me if you want - I'm doing Insanity and Brazil Butt Lift at the same time - back-to-back. Its hard, but it feels good to really work the muscles. Make sure you have some ankle weights and handheld weights...you'll need them. Good luck and have fun with it :0)

I've been the same way. Ever since starting MFP I've been stuck at 159. I've been wondering if it's truly a plateau OR if I've just been maintaining. I've tried upping my calories because I was told I was starving myself, but that didn't help at all.

Motts low sodium garden cocktail has 750mg of potassium...I have one in the morning and one at night and that has helped boost my levels A LOT!! Plus,it tastes pretty good.

I'm on week 2 day 3 today. I haven't seen any results inch wise at least. According to the book I'm supposed to each around 1825 cals a day, but I think I might start going by what MFP says because it caluculates in how many calories I actually burn each work out. Currently I'm doing insanity then go for an hour long walk afterwards. However, I'm switching that up and will now be doing Insanity and Brazil Butt lift at the same time. I was also thinking of putting some weights in there as well...just gotta figure out the schedule ;0)

Hang in there girlie, you're turning fat into muscle, which will add to the scale - it's normal :0) Take a picture and compare it to before you started and you will most likely see a HUGE difference :0) You're doing awesome..keep it up!!

Hi mcarter, To be honest - if I were 200 pounds, but the size I wanted to be I would be happy. So, I guess it's not so much the scale as it is inches, but I wasn't losing any inches either, which I thought was strange.

Hi Graysmom, thanks for the response!! Thats what I thought was happening the first time around, so I boosted my cals to 1600 cals, but there still wasn't any movement - that's why I am confused as to what I should do now...lol.

Im just finishing up week four, but have yet to see any results on the scale or by tape :0( I was really hoping this program was going to turn my body into something better!
