Weightloss?...If you are disabled (as you say) and doing very little exercise...if you up your calories to 1773...you should probably gain weight or at best remain exactly where you are.

Scary? The right to bear arms is guaranteed under to U.S. Constitution. Too many groups in America have had very bad historical experiences with being unarmed and at the mercy of the government. Just ask some old Blacks or some old Indians about what happens to you when you lose the right to bear arms in America.

Congratulations...you are now in the normal weight range (18.5-24.9%) body fat. This means that losing weight ( ie losing excess body fat is no longer your real problem)...If after losing the excess body fat...you are still unhappy with your body (dress size)...Look into doing some weight training to lose inches.

Great advice...and I really hope that more people on MFP will notice that at NO time did she mention anything about "upping calories"to jumpstart this individual's metabolism.

Appetite Suppressants NEVER worked for me...It wasn't until i changed my eating habits (ie avoided processed food) that my voracious appetite went away.

Get yourself an eating plan and then stick to it! You need to turn your focus away from the scale onto the stuff that you are putting into your body.
