This does not have to be about not eating enough food....If it is about low body fat vs high muscle...It is more likely to be about TOO much exercise!

Just because the banner was bogus does not mean that this situation or this individual is not real...There are lots of people on this board who are trying to lose weight when they should not be doing so.. That's exactly right!...Because for whatever reasons...Too many food manufacturers have no real qualms about lying bigtime about what the hell is really in the food that they are peddling to the public...I really doubt that many of these manufacturers even eat their own junk (muchless feed it to their families).

If you really have no clear idea of just how much you really have been eating...Then why are you surprised at gaining weight? You need to nail down your real food intake.

I do a required 20 minutes cardio...Then on the resistance machines I do only as much time as it takes to complete my required repetitions.

Wow...I can honestly say that coffee drinking has never been an issue on any of my trips to the doctor...Although he did once caution me about watching all the added calories from the add ons.

I stopped going to my favorite coffee haunts because I was hooked on their high calorie additives...The good news it that I am now brewing a great pot of coffee at home....Three cups...and I'm good!
