My wife and I agree that we don't want the other to be what most would call "ideal weight". My goal weight is about 20 lbs over my ideal weight. My wife got me into using it for cooking. I also keep a jar in my bathroom to use on my hair. Just a little bit works nice. Anyways. Any time I oil a pan or anything like that I use it.
