I'd say you need to eat more. Do you eat back your exercise calories? If not, you might want to give that a try.

Yes, MFP figures how many calories you should eat to lose weight, without figuring in your exercise. It will ask you to input your exercise goals, but it has nothing to do with how many calories you should eat.

I really don't think you would gain. If you changed your settings to "maintain" instead of losing, you would see that your calories would go up then too. That's because when you are trying to lose weight, you have to create a deficit of calories burned to calories consumed. So, what MFP is telling you is correct, I'd go…
