    It's a running program designed to help you get moving and to run 5k in 9 weeks. It's actually pretty great, but I'm biased considering I'm in week 3 ;)

    It's a training program for beginner runners. I did it 6 months ago and now I am running 4-5 miles at a time and training for a 10K, and lost 50lbs while doing it. I highly recommend it if you want to start running.

    It does work! I did the first week and then found I could actually just push myself and run. I hated running!! I ran 5k after 4 weeks and I think 8 weeks in I can now run 7.

    Just get yourself a decent pair of running trainers and try it! Although I am no longer loosing but maintaining, I am fitter, leaner and my torso shape has changed. I did loose to start with...now I just make sure I eat more XD
