  • I suggest finding something you LIKE to do. Maybe it is walking, riding a bike, swimming, etc. I believe liking to do something will keep you on track. Also, ask yourself what time of day is best for you. You mentioned not wanting to do anything when you get home in the evening. Maybe you need to exercise in the morning.…
