good for you! dont give up! you can give yourself a cheat here and there and still lose! just think about all you have accomplished! the days i want to quit, i just tell myself, go ahead and lose it! do what you want, tomorrow is a new day! just dont give up forever!

i couldnt figure the calipers out to save my life~! i just walked into my Gym and asked them to do it for me....you can also have your doctor measure it too!

i totally agree! i could never have accomplished what i have without MFP! i have yet to reach my goal weight, but i have made so many other accomplishments, it doesnt even matter anymore!

i log it as an aerobic dance! i love it! (eventhough i cannot dance well :blushing: ) if i cant figure out the move i just remember to do something, the whole point is to burn calories so i just keep going even if i look silly ! have fun with it!

the banana will make you feel better! better calories! look at the difference in FAT content, sodium, sugar, etc....! :bigsmile: there is a difference even if the calories are the same amount!

i completly understand....my boss thought it was funny to call me parachute butt....if i could afford new clothes i would buy them...right now, i am down to two pairs of slacks for work. i feel like i wear the same thing everyday!

This is exactly what I did! I started January of this year! and i run like crazy now! its the only work out i do that burns more than 300 calories! Good luck to you! hope you catch the running bug too! its the best disease there is! :bigsmile:

i found the eliptical machine burns a lot of calories on my non running days....but running has done wonders for me! i wish i could inject everyone with the I LOVE RUNNING DISEASE!!!!!!!!!!

im 5'3 135lbs my average work outs burn between 250-500 calories....i work out 4-5 days a week you can view my diary its open... i have been bad with my food lately but havent gained any weight.... my calorie goal is 1290 a day

i have to have had breakfast and lunch in order to keep vitamins down....for some reason my body just doesnt like them unless im full!
