When they start just keep running and try deep breaths where they are so painful you dont want to breathe, then exhale, after a few times doing this they subside for me ( i also try running harder)...dont walk or stop running…

it really depends....i finally broke down and bought a HRM....what i have found is, i can burn different amounts doing the same workout EVEN if i feel like i worked as hard both times. there are a million factors we can count for....630 seems like a lot tho for yoga....if its anything like the one i did, i only burned 78…

good luck to you! 7lbs a week may be a little ambitious, the first week should be no problem. most people lose between 2-10lbs, but dont get discouraged if the loss slows to more like 1-2lbs a week...you can and will do it if you really put your mind to it!!!!
-
keep going! if you dont you will be even more sore tomorrow! the biggest loosers do it!!!! lol.... btw: i was really sore yesterday and was dreading the 30 day shred this morning, but i did it and i feel my muscles have loosend up and im not nearly as sore, (except for my pour thighs!!! damn squats!!!!)

i agree too..the eliptical does overestimate! usually it tells me every 10 min is equal to 100 calories however with my new HRM it says about 75 ever 10 min...
