Hello, my name is Cyndi & I'm a newbie here.......!! Jennifer told me how much she lost via facebook, & I asked her how & she said via.......My Fitness Pal & sent me the link & here I am. I'm so glad she told me about this place. I look 4ward to being here: Thanks to Jennifer!!
I'm a 160 lbs. Short term goal is to loose 7 lbs a wk & be down to 143.8 lbs in 5 wks.
My Long term goal is to be down to about 103 lbs. A persons bone structure shrinks, as they loose weight, so my goal weight is that of when I was in High school. I do not & can't have children, so I believe my body will get back down to that size.

good luck to you! 7lbs a week may be a little ambitious, the first week should be no problem. most people lose between 2-10lbs, but dont get discouraged if the loss slows to more like 1-2lbs a week...you can and will do it if you really put your mind to it!!!!0

Hello and welcome Cyndi0

Thanks everyone!! Yes, I know 7 pounds a week is a lot: However I can be hopeful.
I suppose I should say rather that Ideally I'd like to loose up to 7 pounds a week.
BTW: How do you add the weight-loss to your signature.0 -
I don't want to discourage you, but you should be happy w/ one to two pounds of weight loss/week. From a purely mathmatical standpoint, you would need a daily 3.500 calorie deficiency to lose 7 pounds/week. I'm not an expert by any means, but I don't think that is possible to sustain. Good luck though and stick with it.0

I don't use my Digi-Scrap name here either.
@ non Scrapbooking sites, I use the username of:

Thanks for the link, that made it easy to get it up on my signature line!!
BTW: I'll be a camp counselor for a week, so I'll have to try/attempt to be good (as there will be foods I do not normally eat there) & track my food while I'm gone & apply them here when I get bak.0
