Does anyone else have to lose weight twice?

Ok, let me elaborate. For every few lbs I lose (usually around 4 or 5) I have to lose it twice. Ok, let say that I weighed 130lbs (ha ha! maybe by xmas!!!) anyway, i'll weigh in at 130, then at 129, 128, 127 ect till I hit about 125 or so. Then the next weigh in will be back at 130. Then I have to lose those 5 lbs all over again and then after that they will bve gone and then I start in a 124, 123, 122 ect. and the cycle begins again. so for every 5 lbs I lose I really have to lose like 10lbs. Ever since I started losing weight 10 years ago it has been this way. i know that it is not from what I eat or anything like that because i track everything. That's just how my body seems to work. I was just wondering if anyone else seems to have to "lose it twice"?

I usually gain 2-3lbs the week of my period. Not sure why, or if anyone else has this problem, but I'll lose a few pounds and then a few days before my period starts, I get on the scale and the weight is back. usually a week after its over I start losing the weight again.

Are you doing your weigh in on the same day and at the same time each week? I usually see a 4-5 pound difference even over a few day period? I always weigh in on Friday morn before breakfast. I have even seen a 2 pound difference later in the same day.0

I lose 2 lbs then gain two pounds then lose 4 pounds then gain 2 lbs. Then lose 2 lbs then gain two lbs then lose 3 or 4 lbs then gain 1 or 2 lbs. etc. So yeah I do have to lose pounds twice too. However if I weigh in every 1-1/2 weeks or 2 weeks it looks more like I am losing sometimes.0
