  • This is my favorite answer! I havent logged the juice yet, so far im still maintaining my 136lbs! my goal is 130lbs but im training for a half marathon in March so im running A LOT!

  • it was really good, im just not sure how many calories it was! im assuming it had a lot, but not as much as the whole fruits itself!

  • lmao! welcome! heres one tip for you....i cut out all drinks, but water and unsweetened hot tea for the first 6 months. now i allow myself juice and other drinks like 0 cal sodas on the weekends, and one (sometimes 2) cups of coffee during the week....so far, so good! good luck to you!

  • i love sweets, so i just save calories for them. I know this is probably not the best way to lose weight, but its worked so far, and i dont binge on the chocolate like i used to...once u see all the calories your putting in your mouth, you dont want them as much...at least thats how its been for me! hope this helps!…

  • this is my first winter working out, and i have to say, my motivation has taken a turn for the worst! when i started going to the gym in June I was going 20 times a month, now ive dropped to around 10 times a month! so id say im having trouble with the weather too!
