Do push ups against a counter top for starters.. Then do girl push ups... Then work up to one man push up each day and eventually you will get one, then two then three etc... But you have to work at it not just expect to do it

Definitely report!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! you could help the next individual by reporting!! Be careful jogging! dont go same rout all the time and always let someone know exactly your route! Maybe even carry pepper spray! Don't go late at night! Possible jog on busy street areas where lots of cars!!!! My daughter was assaulted when…

I would like to know the answer to that too. From my understanding we earn those extra calories to eat but I'm afraid I won't lose weight and then if I don't eat them I'm afraid my metabolism rate will decrease

I'm sort of having the same issue. But eating more vegetables will not higher your sugar like fruit. But I'd rather go over on my sugar than not hit my calories because you can mess up your metabolism and that is worse. Hope you find more info on this. Good luck!

I want to exercise a minimum of 5 days a week. I like to jog, jump rope and do the elliptical trainer. Aerobics is good too! I actually did 90 minutes of exercise today, mainly the elliptical!
