Celebrate it! Yes, you are still over 300, but not for long! I started out at 332, and HATED it , but every time I got on the scale and had a loss it was so motivating. I hit 299 about a month ago and felt like I won the lottery! So celebrate you losses, for each one, you are getting closer to your goal! You can do this!!
