My trainer at the gym wants me to start using a fat burner too, I've been losing 10 pounds a month for the last 4 months and now haven't moved at all in November because I've been off the diet and plan completely, just need to get back on it. I've always heard to stay away from a fat burner, looking for advice as well.

I love low carb, but I'm having a hard time getting back on my low carb sense coming back from holiday, so I need all the friends I can get right now. I'm back on it today, hoping to hit ketosis by the weekend!

Me too, I'm trying to lose 15 by chrismas as well. I'm been trying to lose 10 pounds a month sense August and have been doing pretty well. So I think this extra push is what I need!! Thanks

I sometimes think 30 pounds I could have done better or still so much to go, but then I think what 30 pounds look like and am amazed and proud of myself. I think in 1 pound butter blocks picture that 30 pounds it's amazing. Great work!
