The only thing that has worked for me is to give up all carbs completely, after the 2nd day I have no more cravings, but for me evening oatmeal in the morning throws be completely off and staying away from sugar is basically impossible through out the day. Good luck

Look up the Ketosis diet, it's similar minus the brown rice, I love it it's hard the first few days, but then all cravings go away and you feel amazing and light. Add me as a friend if you are interested. There is a group as well on the site. Good luck

I started running just 2 weeks ago after losing 40 pounds, still at least another 50 to go. I started with 1min run 2 min walk for 30 mins, I'm doing 1 min run 1min walk now for 30, next week will be 2min run 1 min walk and on wards!! You can do it, listen to your body

I posted in the ACE one and sent the poor girl a PM as well. I don't agree with Pill or any of that **** but people are so hurtful, one lady was very rude. Weight loss is hard no matter what you do even Keto which I was amazing and fairly easy it's still a struggle and it does take time.

I need to stay away from all carbs, I'm an over eatter and hungry all the time when I eat carbs, so I stay away completely when I'm trying to lose weight.
