      It is nice to see that someone started at a heavier weight and stuck with it. I too started at a higher weight, even higher than your own. However I have lost 55 pounds and I am determined to keep going. Thank you so much for sharing your story because now I know that it is possible to lose and maintain a healthy weight! Thank you also for sharing your timeframe. Many think that this can be done quickly but slow and steady really does win the race. Congrats and I look forward to sharing my success story one day!
