I am starting my 2nd week of Classic plan. I think I have lost 3 lbs. I always lose weight very slowly. I thought I would have trouble with sugar but actually I did pretty good..or I should say the 1st week was good. Hope this week for all of us is a successful one. I need to lose about 35 lbs total.

I can understand where your coming from.I too had a total hysterectomy just 11weeks ago.Had a few complications but so far so good.But since surgery I have put on 5lbs and cannot seem to lee them.I'm not taking hormones.I am exercising daily but still no changes. I would like to know how your doing today.

I am also trying to watch my carbs....Keeping them 75 or less a day.. Hasnt been hard but the choices I have seem limited. I dont really eat alot of meat..no pork..so kinda hard.But I am gonna do it. Started also high interval aerobics 1hr a day ..so between both, hopefully I can lose weight

You will love it. I use it to row, do sit ups while doing arm work,triceps, shoulders..Did your come with the picture booklet? that helps plus on you tube I have found several workouts I like.. Hope you like yours!
