I have been cracking eggs into muffin pans and baking them for 15min at 350. They last a few days and if you want warm them in microwave for 30-40 seconds. I hate peeling hard boiled eggs :)

I had this problem myself. What worked for me was drinking 1-2 glasses of cold water right from my brita as soon as i wake up in the morning. Then once i have my breakfast and coffee everything moves along nicely :)

Have you tried boxing? You can get yourself a punching bag and gloves or see if there is a boxing gym near you.

Try finding something fun to do as your cardio. kickboxing, zumba. or any type of dancing. walking on a treadmill can get boring. Good luck! :)
