Doing my first half in May. Just sent you a friend request.

Great job! You are doing fantastic! I wish I had taken progress pictures. I have to resort to going back to find old pictures of myself.

Good job, Debi! I didn't get to a computer on Friday, but in the spirit of being honest.... I was up a pound over the prior week. Oh, well... tomorrow is a new day!

Good luck with your training and certification. I love BP! My hubby is an instructor, and we try to go 3x a week, sometimes 4.

I do Body Pump 3 times a week. What are you hoping to do with the challenge group?

Congratulations and Merry Christmas!!

I'm 5'4" and my goal weight is 125. I started MFP @ 155. (My heaviest was 163). My current weight is 131. When I get to 125, I may reassess and decide if I want to go lower. Ultimately, I just want to be healthy.

Holding steady at 130.8.... Same as last week.

TXStorm, I lived in the DFW area for 16 or 17 years (I lost track!) and now live in Lincoln, NE. I came back home, but miss my Texas friends!!

Hi! I'm Theresa! (Anyone else feel like they are in the intro of The Mickey Mouse club? Oops! I just revealed my age!)

No. It doesn't taste like pasta. I love butternut squash, so was excited to try spaghetti squash. I roasted it, and drizzled it with olive oil, salt, and pepper. It was good, but not butternut squash good.

I love this post, and I will never give up milk chocolate. Everything in moderation, right??

I am working on kicking my Diet Coke habit. Once upon a time I would drink about 6 a day, I gradually cut to 4, then three a day. Just a couple of days ago I decided to go cold turkey. It's been 72 hours since my last Diet Coke. I've been drinking lots of water and lots of iced tea, no sweetener. I thought I would go nuts,…

131.7. Whew! Back to my pre-Thanksgiving weight!! My MFP starting weight in May was 155. 7 pounds to goal!!

I'm game! I'll weigh in on Friday. Gained two pounds over Thanksgiving, not too happy about that!!
-
Yes! I mix Swiss Miss diet hot chocolate with fresh brewed coffee when I'm craving something warm and chocolately.

Sounds delicious! How big is a serving?
-
That's awesome!! Getting into single digits was a milestone for me too!
-
Congratulations! You are doing great!! I like that you are taking a healthy lifestyle change approach!

My favorite Greek restaurant serves this, and I LOVE it!! Thanks for sharing the recipe!

I agree, the Miracle brand is expensive. I bought some on a groupon for half price, and it was still pricey. Since then, I have found out that you can purchase similar product at Asian food markets. If you try them, I highly recommend using them in Asian inspired dishes. The Miracle Noodles came with recipes to substitute…

Congrats!! My 12 year old son is trying to get me to run a half marathon next spring. He ran it last spring with my husband, and wants to do it again. My husband wants to run it at his own pace for a change, so they think I should train and run with the boy. We'll see....

I wore a heart rate monitor for a couple of Body Pump classes, and averaged 300 calories per class, so that is what I enter in MFP. I put it under cardio.
-
Wow! You look great! Congratulations!!

I just ate them for the first time this week. I ordered Miracle Noodles online, but then after researching found out that you can get them in Asian Food Markets a lot cheaper. I made a Thai inspired stir fry that was delicious!! Lots of vegetables, shrimp, a little coconut milk, soy sauce, ginger and lemongrass. It was…
