Awesome story!! Congrats!! I'm running my first half marathon in May. I'm just getting past the "What the heck was I thinking" portion of my training!

Oh my goodness! That sounds awesome, and I'm in the same boat! Hubby allergic to shrimp, so I almost never make it unless he is gone. I am going to make this tonight!!

My husband is celiac. Some of our favorite gluten free products are: Pamela's baking mixes, Tinkyada brown rice and quinoa pastas, Canyon Bakehouse bread (in the freezer section), Heartland Gourmet baking mixes, Schaar ready made pizza crust, some of Bob's Red Mill products, Pacific Rim (?) gluten free soups. It does take…

Bump, sounds amazing!! I love chicken salad.

I eat cottage cheese almost every day! Usually with just a little pepper, but sometimes I'll eat it with fruit instead. Had some yesterday with fresh pineapple. Delish!

Bump for when I need motivation later. Training for my first 1/2 in May!

You might want to use 4 eggs and 8 egg whites. I never know what to do with the yolks then.... usually I'll want to make creme brulee, but that's not very healthy, is it? :) I guess I could toss the yolks, but I'm cheap so I hate to see food go to waste.

Amazing transformation! Congratulations!! You look terrific!

Still hanging out in the 128.5 neighborhood. Exactly the same as last week.

I've eaten there twice, and have really enjoyed the experience. There isn't a Melting Pot close to me though. I've considered trying to do fondue at home. Especially CHOCOLATE! :)

Yes, there is.... on MFP there is a tool that allows you to calculate calorie counts for recipes. I use it all the time. Under the "Food" tab, click on "recipes". Then click on "enter a new recipe". You enter each ingredient and the number of servings, and MFP calculates the calories for you.

Oh yeah. It's a little jar of heaven on earth. Can't resist it. You've opened Pandora's box.

I allow myself a little sweet treat every day. Otherwise I'd totally go off the deep end and eat an entire bag of Dove Chocolate minis.

The only way that I have used it so far is in smoothies, and I love it! Haven't tried reconstituting it and using it as a spread.

Yes! Under the "Food" tab at the top of the screen.... Click on "Recipes" then click on "Create a New Recipe". Enter each ingredient and how many servings the recipe makes. MFP will calculate it for you. I use this feature a LOT.

Thanks, Kathleen! You'll get there!! Everyone is doing such a great job working toward their goals. :)

Chocolate. Hands down.

I LOVE Tuna noodle casserole, but haven't made it in a really long time. I think I'll try the skinnytaste recipe.

CW: 129 I haven't seen a "2" as the middle number on the scale since the early 1990's! 4 pounds and 7 weeks to go before my vacation!! :)

Sandwich made with Sandwich Thin, 3 oz. turkey, wedge of Laughing Cow garlic and herb cheese; 1/2 cup lowfat cottage cheese, 3 oz. baby carrots. I almost always have the same thing. I'm in a rut!
