That is one of the things that I loathe about shopping for clothes. I wish that sizes were the same across all brands so there was no guesswork. I have found that the more expensive a brand or store is, the smaller the size that fits me. It's a racquet!! :)

I love BP too, and go three days a week, never on consecutive days. Just curious, how did you calculate a 500 calorie burn? The calorie burn for Body Pump is a mystery to me, as everywhere I've looked I see different reports as to how much you will burn. I gave up Diet Coke about 6 or 8 weeks ago. I had a 6 can a day habit, and had tried to cut back to three. I finally just gave it up cold turkey. I do allow myself one a week. I tried to lose weight by just exercising and it didn't work. I lost a little bit, but not much. Tracking what I was eating was a real eye opener. I didn't realize how much I was eating until I started logging it on MFP. Once I started journaling my food, weight loss became a reality for me.

Both of my boys (12 & 14) go with us to the gym. Sometimes they work out, sometimes they don't. It's up to them.
