250 calorie lunch and I'm STUFFED!
I just made a delicious stir fry with zero calorie Miracle Rice, some chopped fresh veggies, shrimp, hoisin sauce and a splash of chicken broth. It was so yummy, and was a nice switch up from my usual sandwich for lunch. I wish I had thought to take a picture, it was a thing of beauty!!

I just upped my calories to 1600 from 1200
I've been on MFP for about 6 months, and have lost 18 pounds. The last time I recalculated my BMR, MFP said I should only be eating 1200 calories a day. I felt like I was hungry ALL day. NSV: My closet is empty
I cleaned out my closet yesterday and gave away three bags full of clothes that are too big for me. Sizes 16, 14, 12 and 10 are all gone!! Now I need to go shopping!! I just don't want to spend a bunch of money on clothes that (hopefully) will be too big again in three more months.
