74 pounds lost in 6 months (with pic)

Hi, this is what i did in 6 months. 74 pounds lost. i started at 236 and i'm now 162. Clean diet , exercise and desire. I'm 45, 5'4" I still want to lose another 20 to 30 depending on how i look and feel when i get there. I feel pretty good already. I work out, strength train with trainer 5 hours a week, and i run 15 - 20 miles a week. I started out just walking because i couldn't breath and i was so fat, and i worked up to 2 hours a day at the gym. I eat 1500 calories, and average deficit around 1300 / 2.5 lbs loss a week. i hope this picture works.
