I like to get whole grain pancakes butter on the side I order poached eggs, dry toast... and eat slowly but do enjoy I eat out everyday so I try to hae what I want but cut corners from xtra calories

I love knowing where words come from and when introduced, also phrases. And I can read a paragraph from random books and know what century and decade it was written in. I do this in librarys and then check the date...lol

I love pizza too,but with high blood pressure, I have to watch my sodium intake, I makeself a salad loaded with good stuff sprinkle balsamic vinegar and cut up a slice into little bites and top my salad with piza bites...yum I can't eat more than. 2 slices or my head pounds.

Well......he may find you hot, so therefore your trainer make think so...in hubby's mind your becoming a cougar grrrr...lol perhaps need to change to a female trainer. My husband has a jealous streak so I always work out with a woman saves a. lot of suspicion. Invite hubby to come along for a work out.
