I have only lost 5 lbs, but a friend noticed and that made me fill better, since I wont be able to grocery shopping and been eating wrong.

I could lose weight like I did when I was in my 20's just cutting back and not thinking about it and viola it was done!

I keep fighting the same 2 lbs for the last 3 weeks....grrrr and its an over night thing too, its like my body hasn't decided to let it go already.

today breakfast was 1/4 cup of cottage cheese on a whole wheat toast was running out the door....took with me a protien shake for after my workout.
